At McClarin Composites, we have in-house CAD design and tooling expertise supported by direct CNC machining necessary for your customized plastic manufactured component. We can also utilize your existing, customer-owned tooling.

We produce vacuum formed, pressure formed and fabricated thermoplastic components and shipping trays. Our fiberglass facility also produces molded components using five different molding techniques including: hand lay-up, resin transfer molding, cold molding, spray-up with chopped glass, and bag molding. At McClarin Composites, all trimming tasks are provided by CNC Routers and Robotics.
