Project Engineering at McClarin Composites consists of working with a customer from “Cradle to Grave” on a given project. The Engineer is responsible for quoting the project and following up on quotations.
If a quotation becomes an order, the engineer walks it through all phases of production, from prototypes to the finished product being delivered to the customer.
The Project Manager interfaces with all people involved in the process; i.e. account management, the customer, design engineering, tooling engineering, purchasing, accounting, customer service and finally the production facilities. If at any time a question arises along this path, the Project Manager is there to help clear the way so the project continues to run smoothly.
